Refund policy

Except for any products designated on this Site as final sale or non-returnable, we generally accept a return of most unopened products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided:

 

• The return is made within 30 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase, and

• The products are returned in their original and unmodified condition.

 

Please retain all packaging material until you are satisfied with the items purchased.

We do not accept returns of special-order items.

 

Minimum Return Standards

 

To qualify for a return, items must:

 

1. Be in their original and unmodified condition.

2. Be resaleable.

3. Include undamaged manufacturer’s packaging, placed inside a plain brown shipping box (over-boxed/double-boxed).

4. Not have been installed and/or used.

5. Include all documents and accessories.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return for any item not in like-new condition or if the manufacturer’s packaging is damaged or missing.

The manufacturer’s packaging must always be protected with an outer shipping box.

You must obtain a Return Approval before shipping your product.

No returns of any type will be accepted without prior approval.

You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items and bear the risk of loss during shipment.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment and use a carrier that provides proof of delivery.

All returns (opened and/or unopened) are subject to a 20% restocking fee, unless waived by us at our sole discretion.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your merchandise and verify that it meets our return requirements.

Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

We offer no refunds on any products designated on this Site as non-returnable.

 

Open-Box Returns

 

Some opened-box items may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase, at our sole and absolute discretion.

The same return requirements and conditions listed above apply to open-box returns.

Cancellations

 

Depending on the order, some orders may be canceled any time before shipment.

However, certain products are specially made to order, and if canceled after production has begun, a cancellation fee may apply.

Once an order has physically shipped, it is considered fulfilled and will be subject to the return requirements listed above.

An order is not considered canceled until you have been notified verbally or via email that we were successful in stopping the shipment from leaving the warehouse.
